Introduction

TechZero1 (TZ1) Code of Conduct and policies are fundamental to our daily operations, defining who we are and how we operate. We reaffirm our commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics including Anti-Corruption, Human Rights, Labor Practices, and Anti-Money Laundering in all our business dealings.

As an esteemed business partner of TZ1, you are required to ensure strict compliance with all agreed provisions and principles outlined in your agreement with TechZero1.

1. Responsible Conduct

If any TechZero1 staff (whether permanent, contractual, seconded, or interns) or any individual acting on behalf of TZ1 requests a business partner to engage in activities beyond the agreed scope or violates applicable local laws or SBP regulations, such conduct must be reported immediately.

2. Strict Prohibition of Bribery

Any form of bribery or corruption is strictly prohibited. No actions should be taken that may be interpreted as facilitation payments, improper influence, or violation of laws or agreements.

Additionally, any business or personal relationship between TechZero1 employees and business partners that may create a conflict of interest is strictly prohibited. This includes gifts, entertainment, or any undue advantage.

3. Compliance & Accountability

TechZero1 takes all reports of suspected violations of the Code of Conduct, applicable laws, or agreements seriously. Appropriate actions are taken to investigate and resolve such matters.
